The EME Module for Preventive Maintenance records the run times of all selected equipment and the system’s defined maintenance intervals to generate a maintenance list. EME maintenance has the following functions:
- Default maintenance parameters based on the EME maintenance manuals
- Fully flexible adoption of these settings
- Export/import of all data as XML
- Print out of all data as PDF, Excel, Word
- Document/description as PDF for any standard device
- Synchronisation of all SCADA server’s data
- Generate maintenance units as a block
- Backend is the MS SQL Server as a fast and reliable database
- Direct integration in the EME SCADA System if desired
- OPC Server as interface for the process communication to any PLC system
- Input of maintenance text in any language, including Chinese and Russian
